With OnTracx’s Strava integration, your runs are effortless and fully tracked, even without carrying your phone. Run freely while OnTracx captures your distance, pace, and load, giving you a complete view of your training. While load metrics are not displayed in Strava, they are fully recorded and analyzed within the OnTracx app.

We know it happens, sometimes a sensor is forgotten, creating gaps in the load chart and disrupting the progression plan. Not anymore.

OnTracx ensures continuity by automatically filling in missing data. Phone-free runs are enriched with GPS data via Strava, and even when no sensor data is available, runs logged through Strava or added manually are linked to the athlete’s most recent screening to estimate load. This keeps the progression curve complete, consistent, and actionable at all times.

How it works:

  • With your phone: Turn on your sensor, connect to the app, and start your run. When you finish, all data syncs automatically, quick and simple.
  • Phone-free: Turn on the sensor and press and hold the two pins until the red light flashes to start. Press again at the finish, then connect to the app. Your run uploads instantly, including load metrics, no phone needed.
