Getting athletes back to running has never been easier. Once a Return-to-Run program is generated, it is automatically available within the OnTracx platform, giving both athletes and professionals a seamless experience from planning to execution.

Athletes can access their complete training plan directly in the OnTracx app and web dashboard, providing a clear overview of their return-to-run journey. Upcoming sessions, completed workouts, and overall progression are all organized in one place, making it easy to stay engaged and on track.

Each training session includes all the information needed to successfully complete the workout, including distance, duration, cadence, pain level, average and cumulative load. This ensures athletes always know what to do and how each session contributes to their recovery and performance goals.

For an even smoother experience, athletes with a connected Garmin account can sync planned sessions directly to Garmin Connect. Workouts are automatically transferred to their Garmin watch, allowing them to follow the prescribed session straight from their wrist without manually entering training details.

Meanwhile, physiologists, coaches, and podiatrists can effortlessly monitor progress throughout the program. By keeping training plans and completed sessions within the platform, professionals can provide timely guidance, make adjustments, and support athletes every step of their return-to-run journey.

With a connected experience across the app, web platform, and Garmin devices, OnTracx helps athletes train with confidence and enables professionals to deliver more effective, data-driven support.
